Administration Clerk: Operational Support (6 Posts – 12-Month Contract)

Requirements:
Applicants must have a Grade 12 certificate.
Additional experience or knowledge in the following will be advantageous:

Integrated Fire Management, Fire Systems, and use of electronic filing systems

EPWP requirements

SHEQ procedures and public service regulations

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to manage transformation programmes and handle confidential documents
-
Advanced competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
-
Sound numerical, analytical, planning, research, and presentation skills
-
Ability to work well both independently and in a team, including handling conflict
-
High sense of responsibility, honesty, and loyalty to service delivery
Duties:
-
Support data review and analysis processes
-
Review Fire Management System data to verify accuracy and completeness
-
Assist with EPWP data verification from business systems
-
Coordinate and compile evidence and documentation for monthly KPIs
-
Support compliance verification and EPWP reporting
-
Assist with Second Party Assessment and OHS audit verification
-
Review data before audits and ensure audit readiness
-
Maintain proper document and records management systems
-
Keep internal systems updated with verified data for management use
-
Monitor rejected submissions and support resubmissions where necessary
