The Role
SANRAL is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to serve as Senior Manager: Localisation and Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction in the implementation and governance of Localisation and B-BBEE initiatives within the supply chain function. This role ensures that SANRAL's procurement processes are aligned with national transformation goals, promoting inclusive economic participation, fairness, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in one of the following fields:

Supply Chain Management

Procurement

Logistics

Engineering

Commerce

Business Management

Public Management

Experience
-
A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in a Supply Chain Management environment, with a specific focus on:

Localisation strategy implementation

Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) frameworks

At least 3 years in a managerial role involving strategic procurement or transformation oversight.
