FNB is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst II to join our dynamic team. The Role

As a Systems Analyst II, you will:

• Gather and analyze financial reconciliation business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.

• Map source-to-target data flows for financial reconciliation files and tables.

• Design functional, conceptual, and logical data models supporting financial reconciliations.

• Collaborate with technical teams to translate logical models into physical data models.

• Define acceptance criteria with business stakeholders and assist with test script preparation, execution, and reporting.

• Support stakeholders during testing by analyzing issues and managing bugs or change requests.

• Provide guidance on financial reconciliation data governance and management.

• Coordinate project deliverables from requirements gathering through to implementation.

• Maintain thorough documentation and process updates related to your work.

Requirements

To succeed, you should have:

• 5 to 8 years’ experience in data-intensive environments, focusing on data modeling and source-to-target mapping.

• At least 2 years’ experience in financial reconciliations.

• Experience working in project-centric environments, coordinating efforts to meet objectives.

• Familiarity with finance governance and compliance.

• Proven ability to elicit requirements and design solutions collaboratively.

• Comfort working in agile teams.

• Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
