The Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) invites unemployed South African youth to apply for the 2025/2026 Project Manager Learnership Programme in Durban. This NQF Level 5 learnership covers all aspects of project management: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. It follows global standards including the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

This 9–12 month learnership provides hands-on project management training and is ideal for individuals looking to launch a career in administration, coordination, or project-based work within the public sector.

Minimum Requirements:

• South African citizenship

• Grade 12 (matric) certificate

• Minimum qualification of NQF Level 4

• Basic computer literacy

• Fluent in English

• Not employed permanently

• Not studying elsewhere

• Not previously enrolled in a learnership programme
