The Role

The CSOS Project Manager Learnership is a structured programme designed to provide learners with hands-on project management experience. It covers all the key stages of project management—initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure—based on international standards like PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge).

Learners will develop practical skills and knowledge in managing projects efficiently, preparing them for roles in both the public and private sectors.

Requirements

To qualify for this learnership, applicants must:

• Be a South African citizen

• Have completed Grade 12 (Matric)

• Be proficient in English

• Be computer literate

• Not be employed permanently

• Not be enrolled at another tertiary institution

• Not have completed any previous learnerships
