In this role, you will design full technical solutions for complex customer needs. You will lead the solution design process and support sales, product, and technical teams to deliver top-quality services in mobile, cloud, fixed, and IoT technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design complete end-to-end solutions for Vodacom Business clients.

• Work with teams to define and refine technical and product requirements.

• Ensure solutions meet business goals, performance, security, and scalability standards.

• Support project delivery, identify issues, and guide implementations.

• Ensure architecture follows standards and promote reusability and efficiency.

• Help improve solution architecture processes and documentation.

• Work closely with product architects, engineers, and sales teams.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with Vodacom Business leaders and clients to support growth.

• Provide technical support and advice to internal and external teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or similar.

• Postgraduate qualification (preferred).

• 5+ years experience in telecom or IT architecture.

• Strong knowledge of TOGAF and architecture frameworks.

• Deep understanding of technologies like:

  • Cloud & Cyber Security

  • Voice, Fixed & Mobile Data Communication (MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, 5G)

  • IoT, Unified Communications

• Business development, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

• Ability to work in diverse teams and high-pressure environments.
