The role includes creating technical solutions, writing clean code, supporting customers, and working with teams to deliver business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and document software solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware and databases.

• Write user requirement documents for new products and system enhancements.

• Develop and test software that meets business needs.

• Support customer queries and work with internal teams and suppliers.

• Research industry trends and apply best practices.

• Coordinate BSS projects and run technical workshops.

• Ensure systems meet cybersecurity standards and manage risks.

• Maintain production systems and provide ongoing support.

Requirements:

• 3-year Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

• 3–5 years telecom industry experience in Business and Operations Support Systems.

• Strong skills in Java and UNIX systems; Oracle Fusion experience is a plus.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).

• Knowledge of relational databases and LDAP.

• Familiarity with web services (REST, SOAP, JSON).

• Understanding of SDLC and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk.

• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Openshift, AWS, Azure, GCP).
