Sasol is hiring a SHE Wells & Pipelines Manager to lead the safety, health, and environmental (SHE) operations across all drilling, seismic, and gas infrastructure projects in Mozambique. The role includes setting goals, managing risks, and overseeing SHE audits and emergency response plans. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep oil & gas experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement SHE strategy and performance goals globally.

• Lead SHE planning for drilling, seismic operations, and gas flowlines.

• Oversee SHE for producing and non-producing wells and pipelines.

• Manage incident reduction programs and safety risk control measures.

• Align SHE plans with corporate emergency response systems.

• Conduct internal audits and inspections on rigs and pipeline sites.

• Support well control and oil spill response contract management.

• Train and supervise field SHE teams and regional specialists.

• Provide monthly SHE performance reports to senior management.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

• Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration or Engineering

Experience:
10+ years in Industrial or Oil & Gas Management (Upstream preferred)
