Sasol is looking for a Market Development professional to help launch and grow new chemical products. The role focuses on improving product success in the Technical Formulations sector by working closely with sales, product teams, R&D, and marketing. You will manage the go-to-market process, track performance, and adjust strategy as needed.
The Role

Lead the introduction of new products into the North American market.

Create business plans and market strategies for each new product.

Work with pricing, sales, and marketing to support product launches.

Monitor product performance and suggest changes to meet targets.

Discontinue products that are no longer profitable.

Ensure sales teams are trained and supported with marketing materials.
Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Marketing, or Business.

12+ years of relevant work experience.

2+ years in product marketing, product management, or market development.

Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills.

Experience in the chemical or technical product industry.

Fluent in English (written and spoken).
