The Role
As a Short-Term Insurance Advisor, you will:

Service and manage a portfolio of existing short-term insurance clients.

Build strong, long-term relationships by understanding each client’s insurance needs.

Offer custom short-term insurance solutions for personal and commercial lines.

Cross-sell and upsell where applicable, identifying growth opportunities.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal procedures.

Handle queries, claims follow-up, and policy renewals with accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:

Proven experience (2+ years) in Short-Term Insurance advisory.

A valid RE5 certificate.

A relevant NQF Level 4 qualification in Short-Term Insurance (as per FAIS regulations).

Current and valid Fit and Proper status as per FSCA regulations.

Strong knowledge of personal and commercial lines insurance.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

The ability to work independently and target-driven.

A valid driver’s license and own transport (if applicable).
