The Role

As a Foreign Exchange Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

• Capturing and processing manual BoP (Balance of Payments) forms for outward payments across various client segments.

• Ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service that meets Balanced Scorecard standards.

• Staying updated with regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices.

• Managing forex transactions by:

  • Working internal queues

  • Handling imports, exports, and SWIFT payments

  • Managing new client referrals

• Ensuring accurate conversion of forex deals into sales while meeting targets.

• Minimizing cancelled transactions by adhering to governance, audit, and compliance standards.

Requirements

You may qualify for this position if you meet one of the following criteria:

• A minimum NQF Level 5 qualification with 1 to 3 years of experience in foreign exchange or international payments.
  OR

• A Bachelor’s Degree with no prior experience (graduates welcome).
