The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our account management team in maintaining client relationships and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing campaigns. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced creative agency environment.
As an Account Executive, you will work across a variety of projects, assist with internal coordination, and play a key role in delivering outstanding service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Client Support

Assist the account management team with day-to-day client communications

Respond to client inquiries and provide regular status updates
Project Coordination

Work with internal creative, marketing, and production teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery

Track timelines and tasks to keep projects on schedule and aligned with client expectations
Administrative Support

Prepare and manage project documentation and maintain accurate records

Draft internal reports and help with organizing project details
Meeting Participation

Join client and internal meetings

Take detailed notes and distribute action items to relevant team members
Quality Assurance

Review deliverables for quality, accuracy, and brand alignment before submission to clients
Billing Support

Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and support billing processes
Requirements
Qualifications:

A qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business (Essential)
Experience:

Prior internship or experience in a marketing, creative, or advertising agency (Advantageous)
