We’re looking for a multi-skilled Junior Motion Designer who thrives at the intersection of creative execution and technical problem-solving. You’ll contribute to high-volume Telkom rollout campaigns while also helping the team evolve its internal workflows, templates, and motion systems.
This is a hybrid role—perfect for someone who enjoys crafting clean, effective animations but also wants to automate and optimize the production process for future scalability and consistency. You’ll work closely with our senior creatives and production teams to deliver daily outputs while building systems that enhance speed and quality.

Help create and document a scalable motion component system
-
Automate repetitive tasks within the animation pipeline
-
Collaborate with designers and animators to ensure consistency and efficiency
-
Support rollout work across a variety of formats and platforms
-
Interpret and apply feedback in a fast-paced, iterative environment
Required Skills & Experience
-
Proficient in Adobe After Effects, including Expressions and scripting (JavaScript/ExtendScript)
-
Solid understanding of motion design principles and 2D animation fundamentals
-
Basic working knowledge of 3D tools like Cinema 4D or Blender (e.g., modeling, lighting, rendering)
-
Experience working with brand style guides, templates, and visual toolkits
-
Strong interest in automation, systems thinking, and workflow optimization
Bonus Points
-
Familiarity with tools like Houdini, Redshift, or other rendering engines
-
Experience building reusable motion component libraries
-
Exposure to agile workflows, version control, or collaborative production pipelines
-
Prior involvement in large-scale rollout campaigns
-
Interest in exploring AI/ML-enhanced animation tools and future-facing workflows
