The Role

We are seeking a multi-skilled Product Designer who seamlessly blends UX and UI capabilities to create high-quality digital experiences. This role requires strategic thinking, empathy, and craftsmanship to design scalable solutions that provide real value to both the business and its users.

You will play an active role across the entire product development lifecycle—from discovery to deployment—ensuring that the end-to-end experience is functional, beautiful, and user-centric.

Discover

• Elicit and interpret product and user requirements

• Conduct behavioral data analysis

• Run user surveys and interviews

• Create personas and mental models

• Develop empathy maps

• Analyse current and competitor products

• Perform best practice reviews

• Conduct user testing and validate features

Describe

• Facilitate solutioning workshops

• Define and prioritize feature lists

• Establish UX principles and definitions

• Design user browsing flows

• Create low- to medium-fidelity wireframes

• Build functional prototypes

• Develop accessibility guidelines

• Contribute to user stories and product roadmaps

Design

• Define the product look and feel

• Create high-fidelity UI designs

• Implement and test for accessibility

• Write micro-copy and UX writing

• Design for multiple devices and platforms

• Use and expand upon the design system

• Prototype micro-interactions and animations

Develop

• Deliver annotated design specs

• Prepare and manage visual assets

• Review development implementation

• Test and assess the end-user experience

• Conduct content quality assurance

• Support design system governance

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in design or related field

• A strong portfolio demonstrating product and platform design work

• 3+ years of experience in a similar design role

• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite

• Exceptional eye for visual design and detail

• Understanding of branding, marketing, data, media, and UX/UI trends

• Familiarity with Agile development processes

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Self-driven and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership
