The Role
Santam, a member of the Sanlam Group and the market leader in the general insurance industry in Southern Africa, is seeking experienced Senior Sales Advisers to join its Direct Call Centre in Bellville, Cape Town (or Johannesburg).
This role involves providing world-class sales and service to clients by identifying customer needs and offering customised insurance solutions. As a Senior Sales Adviser, you will play a key role in achieving individual and team sales targets, ensuring compliance, and delivering an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

Provide clients with tailored insurance solutions based on their needs.

Ensure compliance with relevant internal policies and external regulations (e.g. TCF, CPA).

Maintain a high standard of quality assurance and sales process adherence.

Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Adhere strictly to workforce scheduling and operational procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications:

Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent

Regulatory Exam (RE) certification

FAIS-accredited with relevant short-term insurance credits
Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in short-term insurance

Experience in personal and/or commercial insurance products
