The Role
Santam, the leading general insurer in Southern Africa, is currently recruiting for Sales Advisers to join our Direct Call Centre based in Cape Town or Johannesburg.
As a Sales Adviser, you will play a vital role in identifying customer needs and offering tailored insurance solutions, while meeting sales targets in a dynamic call centre environment.
You will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering on our promise of Insurance Good and Proper.
Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.

Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. TCF, CPA) and internal sales processes.

Deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Follow strict workforce scheduling and attendance protocols.
Requirements

Minimum: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.

Advantageous: Previous sales experience in a call centre environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
