Job Description
The Retail Readiness Programme (RRP) is a skills development initiative designed to equip young people without prior work experience with fundamental skills needed to work effectively in a retail environment.
The Role
Participants will undergo three weeks of classroom-based theoretical training followed by four weeks of practical, in-store experience. Upon successful completion, participants will be awarded an NQF Level 2 certificate.
Who Can Apply
South African youth aged between 18 and 34 years. No previous work experience is necessary.
Requirements

Minimum educational requirement: Grade 10 pass or equivalent.

Matric qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
