The BCB Brand & Marketing Graduate Programme is designed to attract passionate and creative talent with potential to grow into well-rounded leaders equipped with both soft and technical skills. The programme offers multiple rotations, exposing graduates to the full lifecycle of brand and marketing campaigns within Business & Commercial Banking. This includes above-the-line marketing, digital marketing, media buying, research, internal & external communications, client coverage marketing, and client experience & events.
The Role

Collaborate with teams, business stakeholders, and internal marketing teams on marketing planning.

Manage campaign briefing, planning, and work with creative and media agencies.

Conduct website and social media audits to drive traffic, increase share of voice, and optimize client experience.

Evaluate creative content to ensure alignment with BCB Marketing brand purpose.

Analyse data and insights to develop strategies that contribute to business growth, client experience, and brand strength.
Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Honours Degree in one of the following:

B.Com Marketing Studies

B.Com Digital Marketing

B.Com Communications
-
B.Com Media Studies

Additional Requirements:

Must be a South African citizen.

Must be under 30 years of age.

Maximum of two years’ work experience.

Minimum average of 65% over all years of study.
