The Role

As a Banking Advisor, your key responsibilities include:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of affluent clients alongside Private Bankers.

• Identifying and pursuing opportunities to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.

• Providing valuable support through research, financial analysis, and strategic recommendations.

• Marketing FNB’s full range of financial solutions and services.

• Building strong client relationships based on trust and proactive engagement.

• Supporting business growth by managing lead pipelines and driving sales efforts.

• Delivering high-quality work within deadlines in a dynamic and client-focused environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A RE5 Certificate and an FSCA-approved Degree (NQF Level 7) in Finance or Accounting.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a sales or service role within the financial sector (banking preferred).

• A clear credit record (as required by the National Credit Act).

• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

• Not be an unrehabilitated insolvent.
