The Role

Deliver sales and service functions virtually and in-branch to small business clients.

Provide tailored financial and platform business solutions to meet client needs.

Support customers in achieving business goals and stimulating economic growth.

Build and maintain strong client relationships within the enterprise portfolio.

Collaborate internally to ensure seamless service delivery and risk compliance.
Requirements
Qualifications:

First Degree in Business Commerce (FAIS required).
Experience:
-
3–4 years in Relationship Banking (Client Coverage) or Business & Commercial Banking.

Preferably experience within Personal/Consumer banking as a Customer Consultant, Personal Banker, or Enquiries Officer.
