Administration Clerk: Contract Compliance (1 Post – 12-Month Contract)

Requirements:
Applicants must have a Grade 12 certificate.
The following will be advantageous:

Knowledge of GIS applications

Understanding of Environmental legislation, policies, and procedures

Familiarity with electronic filing systems

Knowledge of SHEQ procedures and standards
-
Understanding of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA)
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to manage transformation programmes
-
Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
-
Sound skills in research, analytics, numerical analysis, and presentations
-
Strong planning, organising, and problem-solving abilities
-
Ability to work independently and in teams, and resolve conflicts effectively
-
High level of responsibility, loyalty, and confidentiality
Duties:
-
Support data collection and reporting processes
-
Collate deliverables and expenditure reports from the Working on Fire programme
-
Assist in verifying evidence using GIS spatial mapping
-
Update the Project Charter daily
-
Maintain and support project reports and administrative records
-
Compile reports on Personal Protective Clothing and Equipment
-
Submit daily deliverables and expenditure updates
-
Provide general administration and coordination support services
-
Assist with budget reviews for sub-directorates before invoice processing
-
Support the procurement plan consolidation and monitor progress
-
Coordinate Log2 system requests
-
Contribute to developing and implementing the monitoring and evaluation system for WoF
-
Monitor the project plan vs actual deliverables in the project charter
-
Assist with first-party compliance assessments
