Requirements:

Applicants must have a Grade 12 certificate.
Additional experience or knowledge in the following will be advantageous:

  • Integrated Fire Management, Fire Systems, and use of electronic filing systems

  • EPWP requirements

  • SHEQ procedures and public service regulations

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage transformation programmes and handle confidential documents

  • Advanced competency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

  • Sound numerical, analytical, planning, research, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team, including handling conflict

  • High sense of responsibility, honesty, and loyalty to service delivery


Duties:

  • Support data review and analysis processes

  • Review Fire Management System data to verify accuracy and completeness

  • Assist with EPWP data verification from business systems

  • Coordinate and compile evidence and documentation for monthly KPIs

  • Support compliance verification and EPWP reporting

  • Assist with Second Party Assessment and OHS audit verification

  • Review data before audits and ensure audit readiness

  • Maintain proper document and records management systems

  • Keep internal systems updated with verified data for management use

  • Monitor rejected submissions and support resubmissions where necessary
