The Role
As a Research Assistant, you will:

• Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting on various research projects

• Support fieldwork activities including interviews, surveys, and community engagement

• Contribute to literature reviews, desktop research, and document preparation

• Collaborate with senior researchers to produce impactful research outputs

• Maintain accurate records and ensure quality control of data collected

Requirements
To be eligible for this opportunity, applicants must:

• Be an unemployed South African graduate

• Hold a relevant Degree or National Diploma in Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies, or related fields

• Have strong written and verbal communication skills

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Be committed, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• Be available to work full-time for the full 24-month contract duration
