📍 Permanent Position

🔸The Role:
Responsible for managing the moderation and verification of school-based assessments and external examinations to ensure quality and credibility in school qualifications.

✅ Requirements:

• A recognised Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Education or related field (Postgraduate qualification preferred).

• At least 5–7 years of experience in education and assessment, with a minimum of 3 years in a management or supervisory role.

• In-depth knowledge of the South African education system and quality assurance processes.

• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

• Computer literacy and experience in working with data systems.

🔹 Assistant Manager: Evaluation and Accreditation

📍 Three-Year Fixed Term Contract

🔸The Role:
Assist in the evaluation and accreditation of independent institutions and assessment bodies to ensure compliance with the General and Further Education and Training Quality Assurance Act.

✅ Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Education, Quality Assurance, or related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in education, quality assurance, or accreditation.

• Understanding of evaluation processes, policy frameworks, and institutional compliance.

• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.

• Willingness to travel nationally as required.

🔹 Assistant Manager: Evaluation and Accreditation – Editing

📍 Three-Year Fixed Term Contract

🔸The Role:
Support the Evaluation and Accreditation Unit with high-quality editing, proofreading, and formatting of accreditation reports and related documents.

✅ Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Language, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in professional editing, preferably within an academic or regulatory environment.

• Advanced English language proficiency and a strong command of grammar, style, and formatting conventions.

• Ability to manage multiple documents and meet tight deadlines.

• Familiarity with the education and quality assurance sector is an advantage.
