Absa Bank is looking for a passionate, organized, and detail-oriented Human Capital Learner to join their team for a 12-month internship programme. This role is ideal for recent HR graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic financial institution. You will support various Human Capital functions including onboarding, training logistics, employee wellness, HR records, and ad hoc projects.

📌 Minimum Requirements:

  • South African Citizen with a valid SA ID

  • NQF Level 7 Qualification: Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field

  • Must be unemployed and available for the full 12-month programme

  • No criminal record and clear credit record

  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Attention to detail and confidentiality

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • General admin support for the Human Capital team

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding

  • Maintain and update employee records and documentation

  • Support employee engagement and wellness activities

  • Help with training logistics and learning development tasks
