📌 Minimum Requirements:

South African Citizen with a valid SA ID

NQF Level 7 Qualification: Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field

Must be unemployed and available for the full 12-month programme

No criminal record and clear credit record

Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

General admin support for the Human Capital team

Assist with onboarding and offboarding

Maintain and update employee records and documentation

Support employee engagement and wellness activities

Help with training logistics and learning development tasks

Participate in HR-related projects as needed
