The Relationship Banker will deepen client relationships by offering cross-pillar solutions, collaborating with product specialists for comprehensive engagement, and providing expert guidance to help clients make informed financial decisions.

Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:

FAIS-aligned Degree in Business Commerce (NQF7 or higher).
Experience:

Proven sales track record with 5–7 years in Personal and Private Banking.

Demonstrated success in client acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue generation.

Strong expertise in financial analysis, risk assessment, and investment products.

In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and market trends.
