We are looking for Relationship Bankers in Vredenburg, Western Cape, to provide exceptional service and address any service gaps identified through client interactions across the bank’s various touchpoints. This role focuses on delivering planned, proactive client engagements driven by holistic client reviews to achieve tailored financial outcomes.

The Relationship Banker will deepen client relationships by offering cross-pillar solutions, collaborating with product specialists for comprehensive engagement, and providing expert guidance to help clients make informed financial decisions.


The Role

  • Conduct planned and proactive client engagements through comprehensive client reviews.

  • Identify client needs and offer tailored banking solutions across multiple product pillars.

  • Collaborate with product specialists to ensure clients receive full-spectrum financial advice.

  • Support clients in making informed financial decisions through expert guidance.

  • Drive client acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue generation.

  • Address service gaps and enhance client satisfaction at all bank touchpoints.


Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • FAIS-aligned Degree in Business Commerce (NQF7 or higher).

Experience:

  • Proven sales track record with 5–7 years in Personal and Private Banking.

  • Demonstrated success in client acquisition, portfolio growth, and revenue generation.

  • Strong expertise in financial analysis, risk assessment, and investment products.

  • In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and market trends.

  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in banking systems and outstanding communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
