The Role

As an Agile Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of project delivery, from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive success through clear communication, risk mitigation, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects across the full lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation

• Align project delivery with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and other industry best practices

• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues to maintain delivery momentum

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and stand-ups while maintaining clear, up-to-date project documentation

• Ensure delivery on time, within scope, and aligned to client expectations

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on project management experience, delivering both business and IT initiatives

• Experience in financial services is highly advantageous

• Strong understanding and application of:

  • Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban

  • PMBOK, PRINCE2, or other project management frameworks

• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget

• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities

• Comfortable working in hybrid and dynamic environments

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or National Diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Science

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAFe Agilist are advantageous
