IQbusiness is looking for a curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Insights Executive to join our growing Experience Management (XM) team. In this role, you will uncover meaningful insights from research and help transform them into clear, actionable strategies that drive better decision-making for our clients.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support and deliver high-quality XM/CX research projects

• Consolidate, visualize, and present data with clear recommendations

• Work with large datasets using Excel and perform basic descriptive analysis

• Translate raw data into insights that answer key business questions

• Develop and implement effective tracking, reporting, and analytical methods under the guidance of a line manager

• Monitor survey progress and ensure data accuracy and integrity

• Deliver client presentations, attend face-to-face meetings, and conduct client training

• Provide strategic input and build knowledge of traditional and modern research methodologies

• Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients

• Respond to and address client needs proactively

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• 1–2 years of market research or experience management experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Science, Research, Statistics, or Business

  • (Postgraduate qualification is advantageous)

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Strong skills in data visualization and reporting tools
